Ready-To-Go Doors and Accessories

At Brisbane Barn Doors, we strive to provide timely delivery for our quality barn doors and hardware. Our standard-sized doors and hardware are readily available for delivery (within 5-7 working days) or pickup.

The average transit time for shipped orders is 3-5 working days, but transit times may vary based on the delivery location. For local pickup orders, we will keep you informed, notifying you as soon as the order is ready for collection.

Shipping Methods

We use major courier services for shipping. Please refrain from scheduling door or hardware installations until your order has been received.

Shipping Address

All carriers require a physical delivery address and a contact number. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Changes, Cancellations, Refunds

Changes or cancellations must be made within one business day of placing your order. Changes made after this period will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, carefully inspect your hardware and door packages for any damage. If damage is observed, inform Brisbane Barn Doors (info@brisbanebarndoors.com.au) immediately or refuse delivery with the driver. Claims for damages will not be accepted without proper notification. Open and inspect packages thoroughly for any missing or incorrectly shipped items, reporting them to us within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Damage

Report damages to the shipping company driver and to us immediately, as mentioned in the Delivery Inspection section. Replacement orders for damaged goods are given priority.

15-Day Return Policy for Hardware

Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the order (excluding damages and defects). This applies to kits in a standard finish. Special or custom orders are considered non-returnable, and eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping. Hardware must be returned in new condition, free of damages, and refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.

15-Day Return Policy for Doors

To ensure the quality of your door, we recommend hanging it as soon as possible after receiving. If immediate installation is not possible, store the door in the correct position and apply stain or paint promptly to prevent warpage. Return requests for doors must be made within 15 days, and, similar to hardware, they must be returned in new condition. Refunds for returned doors will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. Change or cancellation of door orders must be made within one business day, and changes made afterward will incur a 20% restocking fee. Orders begin processing immediately upon placement, as the majority of our items are made to order.
